Empower Fitness operates on a pre-pay basis in advance and all sessions and memberships must be paid directly to Empower Fitness. Bookings may not be confirmed until payment has been received by Empower Fitness
Once we have agreed upon the most appropriate training package for me, payment must be made before the sessions are conducted. I understand that failure to make payment will result in my sessions being forfeit.
All prepaid block packages have a completion date. All sessions must be used within 6 months of the first session, unless exceptions are agreed at the discretion of the manager/director in advance. The maximum length of extension to use any missed session credits is 28 days.
All recurring memberships contain the full number of session credits within the prepaid monthly membership period. During periods of 14 days or less where I will be absent from training, credits can be used at any rate during the month to allow you to undertake all paid sessions. For absences of greater than 15 days I am required to pause my membership to avoid the loss of missed session credits.
I must use the online app to cancel or change pre-booked sessions. If I need to re-arrange a session, I must give 3 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 3 hour notice will incur full charge or use of membership credits, unless exceptions are agreed at the discretion of the manager or director.
Small Group Training sessions will last 45 minutes unless otherwise stated and will start and finish on time. I understand that the Trainer will not be able to provide a full 45 minute session if I am late for the session.
Monthly session credits will be valid for 45 days.
The results of any training program are dependent on my effort and co-operation in and outside of the sessions. No particular result is guaranteed by Empower Fitness.
I consent to Empower Fitness using photographs and/or video recordings of me taken by Empower Fitness or by persons or organisations authorised on behalf of Empower Fitness for the purposes of internally fulfilling and externally promoting our service. You can choose to opt-out of this at any time by email (info@empower-fitness.co.uk.
There are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain an injury while participating in a Training package, I acknowledge that the Trainer and Empower Fitness are not responsible.
My answers to the questions on the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to inform my Trainer and Empower Fitness of any changes to my health now and ongoing.
In the unlikely event of my Empower Fitness being unable to continue my training due to injury or ill health, a full refund for the remaining sessions in the package purchased will be made. This refund will be subject to proof of purchase being provided.
This membership is a rolling membership and will be renewed at the end of the payment term. If I wish to cancel, pause or change my membership I agree to give a minimum of 28 working days notice to stop payment being processed. This may be subject to administrative fees.
